an huge information for investors: never spend money into static things! what had changed at yahoo since 10 years? either stay off of mickey soft and disney. both havnt the REAL worth about one cent!

and ask yourself on which point is that related to? of course the management and the employee.

and trust me the business would either roll without those crap companies. and never make the same error in economy, never again let something grow at the size of mickey soft or disney (this? neee!)

dont you recognize all the problems which comes along everywhere, when this prehistoric economy ideas (supra size companies) wants to appear again? dont you think you would earn much more money just by having tons of small autonom companies?

and the economy game would be such more sophisticated and with such more sex than before.

what motivates employee's?
- if the boss is better in each way. employees needs something like an idol!
- money
- an well working social network
- flexibility
- and tons of other goodies

but if the first point dont exist, you can forget about all the other points. there never want be a respect infront the employer. but you can spend up to 30% of money to bring some slaves observers into your business. but im asking me since years, why i have to pay if i want to buy a product for those slave observers?

i mean its sweet if someone wants to be a BIG BOSS rofl, but forget it, if you arnt better than all your employees, your company would only costs to much of money for less of products.

for the consumer never buy a product from a company which is leaded by an fool. you can be sure that you money will walk up to 30% into shit which dont have to exist.
